Sir Malcolm Rifkind

Sir Malcolm has served as Foreign Secretary, Secretary of State for Defence, Secretary of State for Scotland, and Secretary of State for Transport throughout his distinguished career in public service. He has chaired the Intelligence and Security Committee (which has oversight of MI6,MI5 and GCHQ), is a Distinguished Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) and currently serves as a Visiting Professor at King’s College London’s Department of War Studies.
