Investigation to Intellectual Property infringement

Audere carried out on behalf of FTSE 100 UK engineering company an investigation to identify the background and linkages of a former executive of their Russian branch who they entered into litigation with for IP infringement.

The investigation included identifying whether there could be a leak within the legal counsel of the Russian branch as well as uncovering possible accomplices. The case was time sensitive and required Audere to complete the investigation within 72 hours ahead of a key meeting between the two parties.
